I respectfully disagree with Senorita Cow (pictured above). While it is high in fiber and vitamin C, grass is not tasty. She is probably a paid spokescow for Murphy’s Dirt, Sod and Turf Emporium. That guy will do anything for a buck.
Murphy’s Dirt, Sod and Turf Emporium, according to Sammael J. Murphy, has never once employed a paid spokescow, nor compensated any cow for positive reviews of its products. A quick check of their SEC filings under the advertising expenditures heading will bear this out.
